We use theConnexion to drop ship product to our customers. All refunds will be issued when theConnexion confirms receipt of the returned product(s).

Any unopened/unworn item shipped to a USA destination can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the shipping date without a return fee. If returning an item shipped between 15 and 30 days ago, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Any item returned after 30 days is subject to a 25% restocking fee. * Defective items can only be replaced by the same item. * Wearables may be returned only if they are in new condition (unwashed and unworn). * Please include a note clearly stating what you want to happen and include your order number or a copy of the original invoice. * Shipping and Handling fees can not be refunded unless we made an error. * Within 2 weeks of receipt of your return, theconneXtion will credit you for the adjusted price of the returned item(s). * Send returns to: theconneXtion/returns 11768 Westar Lane Unit C Burlington, WA 98233
